Charlie from Full Parks contacted me asking if I could help with a redesigning a website for one of his clients. Full Parks help residential park home operators develop and sell homes, and Charlie was keen for the website to feature examples of homes, show homes and the available plots.
Charlie supplied the logo and branding guidelines for colours and I set about the construction of the website. Two new property types were added, properties and plots. Properties work a bit like a simple estate agents website with various extra information added; prices, sold status etc. Plots are similar with each one having a status; sold or available. A couple of plots have show homes situated on them, so these automatically link to that Property.
Show homes aside each property has a price range, they’re available in different sizes, so when viewing a single plot which has a certain size, the suggested properties prices match the size of the plot being viewed.
The property pages feature a simple slideshow and I introduced lazy-loading for this, so the page load speed remain quick – regardless of how many images are added to the slideshow.
