Previously for Mulberry Court we’d produced a simple single page website. With the park now ready to start selling properties and plots it was time to upgrade the website.

Talking with Charlie from Full Parks we decided that we’d have a single WordPress theme to use across multiple sites. We’d already produced a WordPress theme for New Forest Park that had most of what we needed, so this was used as the starting point.

Each of the sites has different branding, so the WordPress theme would need enough controls for changing its appearance to match.

Another request was the addition of an easily updated map of the available plots. Previously this involved someone manually updating the map using a graphics package then re-uploading the map to the website. So this time around the map automatically updates itself depending on the status of the plots.

I’m happy to report that I didn’t have to wait long to start seeing the map of available plots start being reserved.
