Lauren from Décorbooks contacted us originally with a checkout problem on her website. The shopping cart was emptying itself just as a customer went to checkout. Obviously sales dropped to zero. Unfortunately the current web designers were unable to help, and other companies Lauren contacted only wanted to sell a new website.

We fixed the problem (jQuery conflicts if you’re interested) but advised Lauren that the WordPress theme her website was using was of pretty low quality, and that if she needed help in the future to give us a call.

Several months later Lauren asked if we could design a new website, keeping close to the original, but with some additional elements.

We designed a new WordPress theme for Decorbooks, adding in additional content types; testimonials and galleries whilst paring back the design to make everything look simpler and cleaner.

Specific to this theme is the shrinking and growing main navigation area, accomplished with a little jQuery.
