Sam from Block and Tackle contacted me looking for help with getting started with her first e-commerce website.

Block and Tackle source great accessories from around the world that add that finishing touch to interiors.

Working from the supplied logo I designed a clean and simple looking website. The site is designed to be as unobtrusive as possible – letting the products speak for themselves.

Behind the Scenes

The website is built using the WordPress content management system, with the e-commerce side of things handled using the WooCommerce plugin.

Custom work includes featured products sliders on the product category pages, along with sub-category display and uses ajax for ‘refresh free’ loading of additional product pages.

I look forward to seeing the website grow as Sam continues adding new products.
