Matt from Emsworth estate agents Hazle & Co. contacted us looking for a re-design of his existing property website. Hazle & Co. use an estate agents system provided by DezRez, this handles all of the property images, descriptions, viewing etc. it also outputs the property details to popular property portals; Rightmove, Zoopla, etc.

The new website is designed to make finding a property via the website as simple as possible. We’ve cut down on all the unnecessary clutter focusing on the key points that buyers look for when using estate agents websites. The website is an integration of WordPress (our favourite Content Management System) and the DezRez API.

Since 1964 Hazle & Co. have been Emsworths’ leading independent estate agent, so they’ve had plenty of time to develop their brand identity. The new website uses their existing colour scheme and logotype – with just the addition of some bright green to help draw attention to key actions.
