We were contacted by Caternet’s director Jerry who was seeking help in redesigning his companies existing WordPress powered website.
The original site was highly technical in its presentation and wording, and it was felt that this could be putting off prospective customers from adopting their software system.
Working together with Annette from Burst Marketing it was agreed to have a complete re-write of the current material, simplifying things and generally dropping a lot of the technical terms.
Caternet already had pretty strong branding and colours, so the new website doesn’t appear vastly different to the original one. The biggest changes have been to the structure of the site, simplifying things, and breaking down what is a fairly complex product into easy to digest chunks. It was also decided that case studies of current customers would also feature more on the new website.
