Joanna contacted me looking for help with a website for her new glamping business.

With name ‘Fern Copse’ decided upon I drew up a simple logo motif to use on the website and other marketing materials Joanna had planned (including the livery of a golf buggy!)

Whilst I started work on the design of the website Joanna got busy working on what she wanted to say on each of the pages.

We decided on a very simple colour palette, and I set about designing a very simple WordPress site. Joanna was keen that the site featured a blog, where she could update on progress as the physical site was coming together. So after a little tuition Joanna was logging in and adding things pretty comfortably.

We also added a simple availability calendar to prevent double bookings.

We launched the website, but at that time the actual physical site wasn’t! so we didn’t have a great deal of images to work with. Happily now the physical site is finished it’s great to see some inviting images on the website (well done Jo!).
