My initial approach/brief to Gary was undoubtedly a very complex one. I immediately expected to be fobbed off and told to look elsewhere for guidance and/or, equally, told anything’s possible, but it will cost you!

However, right from the outset, Gary’s first response to me was both thorough and carefully considered. In short, being a relative beginner at website building & design, I knew I was going to be in great hands.

Lots of ideas for my website requirement were discussed via email between us initially. Then we had a virtual face-to-face meeting to discuss things further. This worked well for both Gary & myself. Through Gary’s pertinent questioning, he was able to build a better picture of what I was trying to achieve and I was able to put more thought behind the actual goals for my business. Undoubtedly a win:win situation for both parties.

When I decided to set up a website to showcase my writing I had a clear vision of what I wanted it to look like- but needed a great deal of technical help.
