The new owners of Devon campsite Acorn Farm Park contacted us looking for a redesign of their existing website. Emma from Acorn Farm Park wanted a clean fresh website using subdued natural colours, and was keen to incorporate some hand drawn fonts into the design to give it a relaxed feel.

The old website had served the business well over the years, but we felt that a growing, more informative website would serve the business better in todays rather more competitive internet.

After going through the old website there was a lot of duplicated content, and despite being a very small website is proved difficult to find the exact information you wanted. So we divided the websites content up slightly differently, grouping things into a more logical order. We expanded the site by adding in more information about the local area, things to do and giving some answers to the frequently asked questions. There also a news area on the website where visitors can find out about upcoming local events, along with any other news about the Devon campsite in general.

The new website is built using WordPress as the content management system, so editing and adding to the websites content is easily done with any computer connected to the internet and a few simple lessons.
