No you don't. We pay for all of the costs including the conveyancing (*up to £500 excl VAT) and we do not charge you anything for selling your house quickly to us.
Q. Do you pay cash when selling my house fast to you?
A. Yes we do pay cash, but this amount will be transferred in to your bank account on the day of completion.
Q. How quickly can you proceed with buying my property?
A. We can act straight away. We are in the hands of the solicitors with regard to the speed, but we endeavour to exchange & complete within a few short weeks.
Q. How quickly will you make a decision to buy my home quickly?
A. We can give you an answer almost straight away. Just fill in the form on our contact page and you will receive a reply within a few days.
Q. Do you buy any property quickly anywhere?
A. Yes we do within reason and in England only. In some cases we choose not to buy and you do need to meet our criteria before proceeding.
Q. Do I have to proceed with the quick sale of my home once we have agreed a price.
A. Like any property sale, you are only committed after exchange of contracts.

A. Normally you can't, but sometimes, depending on your situation, we can arrange this through a specialist company.
